THE SMOKE FREE LEGISLATION IS HERE
The Smokefree legislation has now been enforced! Organizations in Sheffield are being reminded that help and information is still available to help make the transition as smooth as possible.
All workplaces in England are now smokefree to help protect workers, visitors and customers from the dangers of second-hand smoke. Employers must display the correct no smoking signs at the entrance to their premises.

Members of the public can now call the Smokefree compliance line on 0800 5871 667 to report possible breaches of the law.
FREE SUPPORT AVAILABLE TO HELP PEOPLE IN SHEFFIELD QUIT SMOKING
With the arrival of the new smoking legislation, there’s never been a better time to give up smoking!
The Sheffield NHS Stop Smoking Service can offer free support to people in the city to help them give up smoking. Support is available at many locations across the city, in groups or 1 to 1 with a specialist advisor.
